Envirotron's Industries page is designed to give you an overview of the different green technology subject areas.

Recycling: one of the basic applications of environmental technology. Governing bodies around the world have encouraged the recycling of paper, cans, plastic, etc. in order to avoid pollution and educate the population about what is reusable.

Water Purification: the effort to ensure that dirt/germ/pollution free water flows throughout the planet. Because of today's increasing levels of water consumption, water purification is of utmost importance.

Sewage Treatment: this application of clean technology is similar to that of water purification. Sewage treatment plants reduce the level of pollution in water. This is important because polluted water simply isn't used; sewage treatment plays into other concepts like sustainability.

Renewable Energy: the types of energy that can be replenished easily. Resources that are produced from natural products like wood, sun and wind are renewable because they are not finite.

Energy Conservation: the utilization of technologies that require less energy in order to reduce the consumption of electricity. Energy conservation leads to less fossil fuels being burned to provide electricity.
